Guarantee Policy

Our premium eucalyptus Tencel bedding comes with a unique three-year manufacturer’s guarantee—the longest for eucalyptus bedding in the UK—giving you complete peace of mind.

Guarantee Coverage:
 

• Our 3-Year Guarantee covers defects in materials and artistry under regular use and care.

• The Guarantee only applies to bedding products purchased directly from Bellmorale (via bellmorale.co.uk); purchases from third-party retailers are subject to their guarantee policy.
   

What is Covered:

 

• Any defects in stitching, fabric, or any other component of the bedding product

• Issues related to materials that affect the product’s functionality and use
   

What is Not Covered:
 

• Cosmetic or structural damage to the product due to humidity, moisture, sweating, stains, tears, burns, exposure to the sun, liquids, fire or any other external cause

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow care instructions

• Damage caused by use with another product

• Damage caused by a modification performed by a person not representative of Bellmorale Ltd

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, pilling, and deterioration due to regular use

• Minor imperfections, such as slight cosmetic flaws

• Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials

• Products purchased from unauthorised retailers or third-party sellers

• Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost sleep or discomfort
   

How to Claim the Guarantee:
 

1. If you think you have a Guarantee claim, simply head over to our Returns page.

2. Take a moment to read our Customer Return Policy for full details and guidance on returning a product.

3. When you're ready, just fill out the online Return Form on the same page.

4. If your claim is approved, please return the defective product to us along with all its parts and the original packaging.
    

Resolution:
 

• As soon as we receive your item, we'll review it and either replace it with a new one or issue a refund. Any replacement will continue to be covered for the remainder of your original Guarantee.

• We aim to let you know the outcome of your Guarantee claim within 3-5 business days of receiving your item, so you won't be left wondering.
