Customer Return Policy

We want you to love your Bellmorale eucalyptus silk bedding. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple and stress-free.

Important Notes:
 

  • We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We'll quickly help you resolve the issue with a replacement or a full refund.


How to Return a Product:
 

  • For customers within their 30-day trial:

    1. Read our 30-day Trial Policy.
    2. Fill out our online Return Form with your name, email, order number, and a brief reason for your return.
    3. Return the product according to the conditions in the 30-Day Trial Policy, including your order details.
     

  • For Guarantee claims: 

    1. Read our Guarantee Policy.
    2. Complete the Return Form with your name, email, order number, a description, and photos of the defect.
    3. If approved, send the defective item and all its parts, including the original packaging, back to us according to the conditions in the Guarantee Policy, and include your order details.
     

  • UK customers:
     
    We offer a complimentary return service. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a link to schedule your free return. Please drop off the item within 10 days to avoid delays. If you choose to return the item yourself, we recommend using a trackable, insured service, as we cannot refund lost or damaged returns.
     

  • International customers:

    Free returns are not available. We’ll provide the return address, and we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Please note that customs charges, duties, and taxes are your responsibility. If a refund is issued, it will exclude the original shipping cost and any customs fees that you were required to pay, as these cannot be reimbursed by us.
