30-Day Trial Policy

At Bellmorale, we believe that finding the perfect eucalyptus bed sheets is essential for a good night’s sleep. To ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a 30-day trial on any one product you fancy from our store.
 

Trial Period:
 

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to try out your chosen bedding product in the comfort of your home.
   

Eligibility:
 

• This trial only applies to products purchased directly from Bellmorale (via bellmorale.co.uk); purchases from third-party retailers are subject to their own trial or return policies.

• Only one product per household can ever be trialled.

• The trial period starts on the day your order is delivered.
   

How It Works:
 

1. Try It Out: Use the bedding in your home as you would normally. Sleep on it, wash it, and experience it fully.

2. Decide: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase within the 30-day trial period, you can initiate a return.
    

Important Notes:
 

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll quickly help you resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.

• When returning a trialled product, please take reasonable care and wash it following our Care Guide. Any damage caused beyond normal use may be your responsibility.

• If you’re currently using or have previously used our 30-Day Trial and would like to return another product within 30 days of its order, it will need to be unopened and in brand-new condition so that we can resell it.

• All unwanted products should be returned with all parts included — the original packaging, tags, insert card, and the shipping box.

• We may adjust or discontinue our 30-Day Trial at any time, but of course we’ll always honour the terms that applied when you ordered.
   

How to Return Your Product Within the 30-Day Trial:​
 

1. Please read our Customer Return Policy on our Returns page to learn our conditions and guidance on returning a product.

2. To start the return process, simply complete the online Return Form on the same page.
    

Refund:
 

• Once we’ve received your returned product and checked it, we’ll process your refund promptly.

• Refunds are normally completed within 7–14 business days (this includes the time to process your returned product) and will be credited back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
