  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday and usually arrive on Tuesday.

  • If you’re currently using or have previously used our 30-Day Trial and would like to return another product within 30 days of its order, it will need to be unopened and in brand-new condition so that we can resell it.

  • All unwanted products should be returned with all parts included — the original packaging, tags, insert card, and the shipping box.

What is Covered:

 

  • Any defects in stitching, fabric, or any other component of the bedding product

  • Issues related to materials that affect the product’s functionality and use
     

What is Not Covered:
 

  • Cosmetic or structural damage to the product due to humidity, moisture, sweating, stains, tears, burns, exposure to the sun, liquids, fire or any other external cause

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow care instructions

  • Damage caused by use with another product

  • Damage caused by a modification performed by a person not representative of Bellmorale Ltd

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, pilling, and deterioration due to regular use
