TENCEL™  bedding is at the heart of what we do at Bellmorale, and we’re dedicated to providing you with a seamless shopping experience—that’s why we offer free delivery in 1–2 working days across the UK on all our premium products.
 

Shipping Methods:

We partner with DPD to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. DPD provides a fully trackable service, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.
 

Notification & Flexibility:

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If needed, you can easily reschedule the delivery, have it sent to a neighbour, or choose a convenient pick-up shop—directly through the notification.
 

UK Delivery:
 

• Weekday Orders: Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays qualify for free delivery in 1–2 working days.

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday and usually arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday.

• Bank Holiday Orders: Orders placed on bank holidays are processed the next working day.
   

International Delivery:
 

• Shipping Fees: International shipping fees apply and vary based on the product and destination.

• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 2-5 working days

  • Rest of the World: 3-10 working days

• Custom Charges: International buyers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, and taxes that may apply to their orders or returns

• Customs Charges: If you’re ordering internationally, any customs duties, taxes, or fees are your responsibility. They are not included in the product price or shipping.

• Check Before You Buy: We recommend checking your local customs office or website to see what fees may apply before placing your order.

• Possible Delays: International deliveries can sometimes be delayed due to customs processing. Bellmorale cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

• Refused Orders: If you refuse delivery because of customs charges, the order may be returned to us. Refunds will not include the original shipping cost or any charges Bellmorale incurs related to the return.
